Bee Keeping

Enliven Mama Africa partnered with the Rotary Club in UK and executed a project to help the community and equip the parents of Special Needs children with the necessary skills in bee keeping as decided by the beneficiaries which includes six (6) females and three (3) males. This is to help the parents cater for the needs of the Special Children, which comes at a cost and themselves as well. Bee Keeping was selected as a project because the end product, honey is on a high demand in the country and has a lot of benefits.

This took place at Nkonteng, a rural community in the Atwima Nwabiagya Municipality. This project was selected in consultation with the Social Welfare Department and Community Development.
